The Atmosphere: A storefront eatery filled with marble, brass and glass. Backstreet Boys and 'NSync, whose autographed pictures hang on the wall, are rumored to be frequent customers.   The Food:  N.Y.P.D. provides a small selection of Italian entrees, such as eggplant parmagiana and lasagna, as well as a stromboli to die for (stuffed with ham, salami, pepperoni, and mozzarella). However, all those dishes pale in comparison to the New York-style and deep-dish Sicilian pies. The white pizza, with a gooey and spicy selection of cheese toppings, and the Mexican pizza, topped with olive oil, fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and mozzarella, are among the specialty pizzas, also available to go.
