The Atmosphere: Charming, eclectic decor consists of worn wooden floors, low-hung ceilings and painted stucco walls adorned with artwork offered for sale. Service is friendly and personable, but quite leisurely. As the menu advises, "All our food is cooked to order. Please be patient..."   The Food:  Upscale Roman cuisine characterized by robust seasonings, savory sauces and generous portions. The complimentary fresh bread (served hot out of the oven with a topping of crushed garlic, grated Parmesan, herbs and olive oil) is an excellent beginning for whatever follows. Popular entrees include pollo al Marsala (fresh breast of chicken lightly sauteed, then simmered in Marsala wine with portobello mushrooms); Vitella alla Romolo e Remo (veal scallopine stuffed with ham, asparagus and mozzarella simmered in white wine); and pesce al cartoccio (fresh fish baked in parchment with garlic, tomatoes, capers, herbs, portobello mushrooms and olives).
