Universal's Hard Rock
Hotel is a brand new, AAA 4- Diamond Hotel, which opened
in January 2001. The hotel is located inside Universal
Orlando, only minutes from the Orlando International
Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort. The hotel
features California mission style architecture and
conveys a feeling that lets the guest know they have
entered the Hard Rock Cafe's World of Rock and Roll. One
of the Hard Rock's unique features is the largest heated
swimming pool in Orlando with 12 underwater speakers and
a 240 foot slide, as well as private cabanas and a sand
beach. The hotel offers direct access to Universal
Studios and Islands of Adventure as well as a free
shuttle to SeaWorld.

Each room features different decorative memorabilia and

proudly boasts two restaurants, The Palm and The Sunset
Grill as well as The Velvet Bar and Hard Rock Beach Club
Bar. Whether sipping a cold one at the bar or outside
under the tree canopy, the poolside club offers a laid
back ambiance perfect for every kind of visitor. The
hotel is family oriented and has a kids' program that
includes supervised recreational activities. The Hard
Rock Hotel offers a variety of onsite dining, recreation
and entertainment venues.
