The
Appeal:
Enter the theme park through a set of giant iron gates and
you're immediately transported onto Hollywood Boulevard and
Rodeo Drive, the trendiest elements of Los Angeles. Shops
surround you, patio cafes jet out from every storefront, and
swarms of people engulf you. It's magical and authentic, not
unlike the Magic Kingdom's Main Street, U.S.A. From this
point on, you must choose one of the park's six
thrill-packed areas: Production, New York, San
Francisco/Amity, World Expo, Woody Woodpecker's Kidzone and
Hollywood.
The
Features:
Numerous restaurants and shops are scattered all over the
park, offering everything from fast food and small trinkets
to fine dining and expensive merchandise. Expect the usual
tourist area prices, though it should be noted that for the
price you pay at the restaurants, the food is seriously
sub-par. Bland and often lacking in character or taste, you
feel ripped off while eating it.
